Refund Policy
Returns
We provide a 21-day return policy since the date of your purchase. If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 21 days of your purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where refunds would be rejected or only partial refunds are granted.
- Any Item with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
* If the item you received is damaged, missing parts or not what you ordered, please contact us to request refund or replacement.
* Please note: We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges requests.
How to request refunds
You can find the refund request option in your order details once you have logged into your account. Otherwise, you can also use the Order Lookup to find your order and the request option.
Once we receive your request or there are any updates on your request, a notification email will be sent to your email to inform you of any request updates.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then we will issue your refund back to your credit card or to the original method of payment. Payment delivery depends on bank and credit card processing times.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Contact your credit card company. Your credit card company may take some time to process your refund.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, on sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We currently do not accept requests for exchanges. You can only request for a refund.
